Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of SecVektor materials, demos, and services (“Services”). By accessing the site or any provided assets, you accept these Terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

You may use the Services only for evaluating SecVektor offerings and, where applicable, under a separate services agreement. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the site or provided assets.

2. Accounts and Access

If accounts or demo access are provided, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring only authorized personnel use them. Notify SecVektor promptly of any unauthorized access.

3. Data Handling

Do not upload production data unless expressly authorized in writing. Any shared data should be limited, non-sensitive, and provided with necessary rights and permissions.

4. Confidentiality

Information labeled or reasonably understood to be confidential (including findings, reports, or proprietary materials) must be protected with the same care you use for your own confidential information and not disclosed to third parties without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All SecVektor content, dashboards, designs, and underlying technology remain SecVektor property. No licenses are granted except the limited right to evaluate the Services.

6. Third-Party Services

References to third-party products or clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub) are for interoperability only. Their terms and privacy policies apply independently.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SecVektor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness of findings, or freedom from vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecVektor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Direct damages, if any, are limited to USD $100.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, infringe IP rights, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, or perform load or security testing without consent.

10. Changes

SecVektor may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by revising the “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SecVektor is organized, excluding conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
